Charlie Flannigan grew up in Tremont, IL, excelling as a three-sport athlete. At Carthage College, he continued his athletic pursuits in football and track, setting impressive records. In 1974, he embarked on a life-changing adventure by accepting a teaching job in Australia. During his two years there, Charlie taught, played basketball, and traveled extensively, creating memories that would last a lifetime. Upon returning to the U.S., he transitioned from teaching to a successful 34-year career as a financial advisor. Charlie lives in Dexter, MO, with his wife, Jana, and their three children.
